A group trip where you don’t have to do anything yourself. All you need to do is follow our instructions. We not only organize the trip ourselves, but also manage the visa application process, submit your application and documents online, and pay the visa fee.
This trip is suitable for those who don’t like long journeys and who value comfort and assistance.
We always strive to organize the most convenient and fastest route. Therefore, from Bangkok, we fly closer to the border to Udon Thani (to avoid a 10-hour drive in a minivan). Our drivers meet you there, and the border is less than an hour away.
Trips are scheduled every Monday.
Price
11000 baht — for those passport holders who need a visa to Laos (US, Europe, UK) + additionally, flight tickets to Udon Thani (around 3000 THB round trip) and the visa fee in cash are paid separately.
9000 baht for those who don’t need visa to Laos (Russian, ASEAN) + air tickets and the visa fee in cash are paid separately.
For those who stay in Pattaya pick up from condo/hotels. If you are in other regions of Thailand (Samui, Phuket, Krabi, Hua Hin, etc.), you can join the group at Bangkok Airport.
The trip price includes: accommodation in a hotel for 2 nights, group transfers from Pattaya to the airport and back, from the airport to the border and back, meals 4 times (two breakfasts, lunch on the first day and lunch on the third day), transfers around Laos from the border to the hotel and for lunch, accompanying guide during whole trip, smooth process of crossing border
You only need to book tickets for certain flights. If necessary, we can also help you with booking
Documents for applying tourist visa:
- Bank statement for the last 3 months with a remaining balance of not less than 20,000 THB
- Return flight tickets from Thailand
- The visa fee for Tourist visas is 1000 baht
- hotel reservation for 60 days in Thailand (can be made on booking.com with free cancellation).
When you get a tourist visa, on your return to Thailand you’ll receive a stamp at the border for 60 days. An extension for an additional 30 days can be done independently at the immigration office for 1900 baht. Total 90 days. 30-days extension requires registration at the place of residence.
Documents for applying non-immigrant visas:
- You should have your own documents package from company, school, employer etc.
- The visa fee for any Non-Immigrant visas (work, student, family) + 2000 baht

4:30 Pick up from hotels/condos in Pattaya, way to the airport
6:00 pick up at Bangkok Airport for those from Bangkok, Hua Hin, Phuket, Samui etc.
8:30-9:30 flight to Udon Thani
10:00 pick up clients who comes to Udon Thani by themselves from Ava Hotel
10:00-11:00 transfer to Laos border
11:30 we handle all visa applications ourselves, pay the visa fee, and you simply wait for your visa to be emailed to you
12:00 lunch, check-in to hotel
14:00 free time
Day 2
7:00-10:00 breakfast at the hotel
10:00 free time
Day 3
7:00-10:00 breakfast at the hotel
11:45 check-out from the hotel
12:00 сheck-out from the hotel for those who have received visa approval via email.
12:30 lunch
14:30 border crossing, Duty Free (if enough time)
15:30 way back to the airport
17:10 flight to Bangkok
18:30 transfer back for those who stay in Pattaya
21:00 arrival at condos/hotels in Pattaya
Take with you on trip:
- passport original
- copy of passport main page
- 4 printed ID photos. color, white background, 3,5×4,5cm
- required documents for your type of visa
- left amount payment for the trip (2000 baht deposit required to book the trip).
- convenient clothes (carry-on allowed on flight is 7kg)
Notes:
In the case of delays, cancellations, postponements, flight unavailability, or other force majeure circumstances, any additional costs incurred are at your own expense. Travel schedule and program are subject to change. The embassy may reject the visa application if the documents do not meet the requirements. The passport must be valid for at least 6 months and contain at least 3 blank pages. Crossing the border with an old passport and obtaining a visa for a new one is not possible. Switching passports during border crossing is not allowed. It is recommended that all kinds of NON-immigrant visas be pre-closed at the immigration office prior to travel. Overstay fine 500 baht per day but not more than 20,000 baht.
